A visit to remember

The rural house is an old school built in 1854, which, resisting over the years, has become a family farm and invites you to travel back in time, recalling the lifestyle of that time.

Its careful architecture and decoration maintain a harmonious balance between the rustic and the modern. For this, they use stone, wood, warm colors, the high prop and its wide walls as protagonists. The latter, in addition to giving it a special charm, also serve to regulate the temperature, making it cool in summer and keeping it warm in winter.

At the entrance of the rural house there is a semicircular arch that will give access to a typical Andalusian patio where 3 apartments and 2 entrances to the common area of the house are grouped.

The apartments, separated from the common area, will give you the privacy and space you need.

Each apartment has 2 rooms. one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, including a full bathroom with a shower. 

​

 In total there are 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people, with the possibility of accommodating 2 more people thanks to a trundle bed in the central room of one of the apartments. The three apartments have hot/cold air conditioning for climate control, located in the center of these.

In addition, for the little ones we have 2 cots and 2 high chairs, which must be requested at the time of booking.

In the common area of the house you will find a large living room with fireplace and Smart TV with doors to the patio and pool, in the central area, a large table. A semicircular arch leads you to a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven and all the necessary appliances, as well as a large industrial refrigerator. Passing the kitchen, you will have the large main bathroom with a bathtub.

In the area outside the house is the pool, surrounded by top quality artificial grass, with a sofa where you can relax and a table where you can eat outdoors while enjoying unas Magnificent views of the Guadalhorce Valley. In addition, we have a barbecue.

Access is very easy, since the road passes nearby, which in 10 minutes will take you to the town of Alhaurín el Grande and in 12, to Coín.

The standard occupancy is 4 people per apartment. For fewer people who wish to open an additional apartment, they must pay a supplement of 150€ more per apartment. This property offers competitive prices according to number of people. In this way, families of few people do not have to pay the price of the entire house.
